A matched pair of large Chinese porcelain vases, each standing approximately 65cm high. Decorated in the famille noire style with dragons, lotus and floral motifs against a black ground, with iron-red and soft enamel detailing.
Baluster form with flared necks, well-proportioned and decorative, suited to interior display as floor or statement vases. Red seal marks to the bases.
20th-century Chinese production, made in a traditional style for decorative use. Offered as a matching pair.
No chips, cracks or restoration observed. Light surface wear consistent with age.
