British government issue filing cabinet, stamped GRV crown for King George V and dated 1932.

Tall, narrow form with a uniform run of drawers, each fitted with metal handles and label holders. Designed for organised document storage, likely used in a legal, administrative or land registry environment.

Constructed in mahogany with a warm, consistent tone and even grain. The drawers are removable with open backs, a practical feature for access and sorting.
