Early 20th century neoclassical revival table lamp, circa 1910–1930.
Solid brass lamp with fluted column, classical swags and lion mask decoration to the base. Finished in a rich verdigris green with gilt highlights, intended to evoke aged bronze. Retains original shade support arms flanking the lampholder, suitable for a gallery or fabric shade if desired.
Originally an oil lamp and later professionally converted to electricity, as was common in the period. Recently rewired and PAT tested, ready for use.
A well-proportioned and decorative piece with strong classical influence, ideal for a desk, side table or library interior. Shade not included.
Condition Good vintage condition with light surface wear and rubbing consistent with age and use. No structural issues.
