Large early 20th century solid bronze sculpture of St Dismas, believed to have been taken from a German church towards the end of world war 2.
Accordingly, Saint Dismas is the patron saint of condemned prisoners, reformed thieves, and undertakers.
An absolutely stunning piece with a beautiful patina throughout, condition is near perfect. Easily mountable(please use strong fixings) or looks perfect leaning against a wall, floor or table top.
